Accessories for your Wedding Gown

August 31st 2009 00:50

Now that you have chosen your Bridal gown, it’s time to get down to the real fun that will accent your gown. Choosing the right accessories can be tricky and take some time. It all depends on your gown and your taste in accessories.
You should start with matching earrings and Necklace. Necklaces with drop diamonds or pearls are very popular but these only look great if you neckline on your dress is a V-neck. The earring should match. Wedding stores and online wedding stores sell sets of these for weddings.
Make sure with your jewelry accessories that you go with the dressier look as this is a formal occasion.

I wouldn’t overdo it with any other jewelry, including other rings, besides your engagement ring, and any kind of bracelet.
With gloves as accessories you will have to decide if you like them. Very formal dresses look great with long opera gloves. Remember, though, you will have to take them off for the ceremony.
Moving on to hair accessories, you will have a veil on most likely but one nice accent that I’m sure you would love is a crown in pearls or diamonds. You can purchase these in wedding stores and even in Wal-mart in the Bridal section. They are very beautiful on a Bride.
The Brides shoe should not only look fabulous but they should the utmost comfortable shoes, as she will be on her feet all day! Take your time in hunting down shoes that will not kill your feet and test them out by wearing them around the house for a few hours as a test.
